Why did I receive a bill?
Fire department EMS / ambulance services may involve costs for supplies, personnel, and equipment. Your insurance is typically billed first; any balance remaining is your responsibility.
Will my insurance cover this?
Most health insurance plans cover emergency ambulance transport. We will bill your insurance provider directly. If you have Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance, please have your insurance card ready when you call us.
What if I cannot afford to pay?
Please contact us. Hardship waivers and payment plans may be available. We never want a financial hardship to prevent anyone from calling 911.
